At St. Nicholas University (SNU), we extend support by offering off-campus housing assistance to students. Our array of housing options offer flexible pricing for student housing, allowing individuals to choose accommodation based on their budget preferences. This approach aligns with our mission to promote affordable education and cater to diverse financial needs of our students.
In preparation, students are grouped into a chat ahead of time where we provide an updated catalog of recommended housing. We identify the nearest housing options, gather pricing details and images, and share them in the group chat for students to select from. Additionally, we provide students with the landlords' contact information to facilitate direct communication for any other arrangements.
We will also organize housing for your first week of arrival, so you have time to look around and select your preferred options in proximity to our campus.
